Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before using this app. By downloading, installing, using this app, or otherwise accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms of this Agreement, which constitutes a legally binding document between you and us.
If you do not agree with any term of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use this app.
1.1 TV Cast is a screen casting tool app. Its main function is to help users cast videos, music, photos, and other content from their phones to DLNA/UPnP-compatible smart TVs, projectors, and other devices.
1.2 This app supports various casting methods, including but not limited to: Video Cast, Music Cast, Photo Cast, Stream Cast, Web Cast, Share Cast, Mirror Cast, and TV Channel Cast.
1.3 We may continuously improve and optimize our services, including adding, modifying, or removing certain features. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes.
2.1 You have the right to use this app and related services in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2 You shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall not use this app for any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to:
a) Disseminating content that violates national laws, regulations, or policies;
b) Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or content inciting crime;
c) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights of others;
d) Other content that violates laws, regulations, public order, good customs, or disrupts the normal operation of this app.
2.3 You understand and agree that if the content you cast through this app infringes upon the legitimate rights of any third party, you shall bear all legal liability.
3.1 We value your privacy. We will collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2 This app requires the following permissions to provide services:
a) Photo Library: To access your photos and videos for casting;
b) Camera: To record video for casting;
c) Media Library: To access your music for casting;
d) Local Network: To discover and connect to DLNA/UPnP devices on the same WiFi network.
3.3 You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings.
4.1 This app offers free features and premium VIP services. You can purchase VIP membership to access more advanced features and a better experience.
4.2 Specific details, pricing, and duration of VIP services will be clearly indicated on the in-app purchase page.
4.3 VIP services are virtual content. Once purchased, refunds are generally not supported except as expressly required by laws and regulations.
4.4 You understand and agree that VIP services are for your personal use only within this app and may not be transferred, lent, rented, gifted, or sold.
5.1 All rights in this app and related services (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc.) belong to us or our affiliates.
5.2 Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works, transfer, or use them for any commercial purpose.
6.1 This app only provides casting technology services and assumes no responsibility for reviewing the content cast by users through this app.
6.2 Due to the complexity of the Internet environment, we cannot guarantee that the service will work properly under all circumstances. We are not liable for service interruptions or failure to meet user requirements caused by network conditions, communication lines, third-party websites, or government authority requirements.
6.3 We are not responsible for casting failures or poor performance due to third-party device compatibility issues.
7.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or other means.
7.2 If you continue to use this app after the Agreement is modified, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.
8.1 You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling this app.
8.2 If you materially breach this Agreement, we have the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you.
9.1 The formation, execution, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent people's court for resolution.
10.1 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
