Before using this app, please read and fully understand this User Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement"). By downloading, installing, or using this app, or otherwise indicating acceptance of this Agreement, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this Agreement, which constitutes a legally binding document between you and us.
If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use this app.
1.1 TV Cast Assistant is a screen casting tool app. Its main function is to help users cast videos, music, photos, and other content from their phones to smart TVs, projectors, and other devices that support the DLNA/UPnP protocol.
1.2 This app supports multiple casting methods, including but not limited to: video casting, music casting, photo casting, streaming casting, web casting, shared casting, mirror casting, and TV channel casting.
1.3 We may continuously improve and optimize the service, including adding, modifying, or removing certain features. For major changes, we will notify you in advance.
2.1 You have the right to use this app and related services in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2 You shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall not use this app to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:
a) Distributing content that violates national laws, regulations, or policies;
b) Distributing content that is obscene, pornographic, related to gambling, violent, murderous, terroristic, or inciting to crime;
c) Infringing upon others' intellectual property or other lawful rights and interests;
d) Other content that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good morals, social ethics, or interferes with the normal operation of this app.
2.3 You understand and agree that if the content you cast through this app infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of a third party, you shall bear all legal responsibilities yourself.
3.1 We value your privacy. We will collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.2 This app requires the following permissions to provide its services:
a) Photo Library permission: used to access your photos and videos for casting;
b) Camera permission: used to record videos for casting;
c) Media Library permission: used to access your music for casting;
d) Local Network permission: used to discover and connect to DLNA/UPnP devices on the same Wi-Fi network.
3.3 You may manage these permissions at any time in your device's settings.
4.1 This app provides free features and membership value-added services. You may purchase a membership to access more advanced features and a better user experience.
4.2 The specific content, pricing, and duration of membership services will be clearly indicated on the in-app purchase page.
4.3 Membership services are virtual content. Once purchased successfully, refunds are generally not supported, except as expressly required by laws and regulations.
4.4 You understand and agree that membership services are limited to your own personal use within this app and may not be transferred, lent, rented, gifted, or sold.
5.1 All rights in this app and related services (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.) belong to us or our affiliates.
5.2 Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, transfer, or use for any commercial purpose in any way.
6.1 This app only provides screen casting technical services and does not assume responsibility for reviewing the content that users cast through this app.
6.2 Due to the complexity of the internet environment, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available for use under all circumstances. We shall not be liable for any service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by network conditions, communication lines, third-party websites, or requirements from regulatory authorities.
6.3 We shall not be liable for casting failures or poor performance caused by third-party device compatibility issues.
7.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. For major changes, we will notify you in the app or through other means.
7.2 If you continue to use this app after the Agreement is modified, you are deemed to accept the modified Agreement.
8.1 You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling this app.
8.2 If you seriously violate this Agreement, we have the right to immediately terminate the services provided to you.
9.1 The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to a people's court with jurisdiction for resolution through litigation.
10.1 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
10.2 If any term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding.
