VIP Service Agreement

Please read this VIP Service Agreement carefully before purchasing VIP services. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

1. Agreement Overview

This agreement is a set of rights and obligations between TV Cast (hereinafter referred to as "we") and users who purchase VIP services (hereinafter referred to as "VIP members" or "you"). This agreement, together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement governing your use of our services.

2.2 VIP Service Restrictions

VIP services are for your personal use only within this app and may not be transferred, lent, rented, gifted, or sold. We reserve the right to restrict abnormal usage, including but not limited to:

3.1 Pricing

The specific prices of VIP services will be clearly indicated on the in-app purchase page. We may adjust prices based on market conditions, but previously purchased VIP services will not be affected.

You can purchase VIP services through the Apple App Store. Specific payment methods are subject to in-app availability.

For Weekly and Yearly VIP plans, you may choose auto-renewal or manual renewal:

Since VIP services are virtual content, refunds are generally not supported once purchased, except as expressly required by laws and regulations. The following circumstances may qualify for a refund:

To request a refund, please submit a request through the "Contact Customer Service" feature in the app. We will process your request within 5 business days.

4.1 Refunds for App Store Purchases

If you purchased VIP services through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, and the refund process will follow Apple's relevant policies.

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Security

You should properly safeguard your account and password. We are not responsible for losses caused by improper account or password management. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact customer service immediately.

5.2 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your VIP membership without a refund under the following circumstances:

6.1 We may continuously improve and optimize VIP services, including adding, modifying, or removing certain features. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes.

6.2 If VIP services need to be terminated due to business restructuring, policy changes, or other reasons, we will notify you 30 days in advance and provide appropriate compensation based on the circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content included in VIP services (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout frameworks, and related data) is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations.

7.2 Without our written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works, transfer, or use them for any commercial purpose.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 We will make every effort to ensure the stability and availability of VIP services, but we are not liable for service interruptions or failure to meet user requirements caused by network conditions, communication lines, third-party websites, or government authority requirements.

8.2 We are not responsible for service interruptions or terminations caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, changes in laws and regulations, etc.).

9. Agreement Modification

9.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or other means.

9.2 If you continue to use VIP services after the Agreement is modified, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The formation, execution, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent people's court for resolution.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

11.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
